San Antonio Based Firm Awarded $6 Million Multi-Year US Army Contract
LWMIII Consulting LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, supported by True Growth Associates, has been awarded a new multi-year contract by the United States Army.
If all options are exercised, the total value of the contract will be approximately $6 million dollars. Similar to the past five years, LWMIII will run monthly seminars at the School for Command Preparation, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The seminars will be for future brigade (colonel) level Commanders, battalion (lieutenant colonel) level Commanders and Command Sergeants Major. These leaders, most who have experienced multiple combat tours over the past decade, will gain a better understanding of those factors that compromise the achievement of work/life balance. This in-depth appreciation of balanced readiness will contribute to actualizing the tenets of the Army's whole person/family fitness concept and its relationship with both the professional and personal demands at the senior military level. The seminar will focus on mental, spiritual, emotional, and social fitness.
LWMIII Consulting is owned by Lieutenant General (Retired) Lawson W. Magruder III, based in San Antonio, Texas. He and his partner, Byrd Baggett, conduct leader development seminars for civilian and military leaders worldwide and biannually in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
